WELCOME TO AMBASSADORS
OUR VISON
To empower homeless and at-risk youth groups with the tools necessary to make sound decisions and reach their fullest potential.
Established as a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization in 2016, Ambassadors, Inc. offers mentoring to homeless and at-risk youth, ages 13 to 18, and seeks to help prepare youth for transition into adulthood.
Ambassadors strives to empower homeless and at-risk youth groups to see beyond their past challenges and current situations. Statistics reveal the following:
-
One-third of the homeless people in the US population are children, which includes children in the foster care system.
-
Each year, over 20,000 children age out of foster care. This group is most likely to be homeless, go to prison, or become young parents.
We present real-life concepts in a fun environment and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and entrepreneurs to present a curriculum which deals with the following:
-
Goal setting and career planning
-
Financial planning
-
Self-image and character development
-
Conflict and stress management
-
Citizenship and much more....
